I forhold til disse såkalte "community-monitoring groups" så blir dette også framstilt svært skjevt. Det er rett og slett grep for å dempe den utbredte kriminaliteten, ikke skumle spionnettverk:
"Communal tables will take an integral approach to crime prevention, which includes educational, health, infrastructure, and economic solutions."
