Roni - as an atheist, on the opposite side of the political spectrum of Hamas, I can tell you - weather you know it or not - you are presenting a caricature of Hamas. As other organizations it has factions - some are extreme - other more moderate. In negotiations with Fatah, Hamas had de-facto accepted Israel when the Israeli government attacked the palestinian areas, enprisoned parlamentarians and torpedoed the palestinian unification process. This was not a smart move if you truly want Israel to have a future.
As to my stance, this really does not matter - as I do not support Hamas either way. I support Palestine, and I reject the illegal occupation and annexation of land by Israel, as does the overwhelming majority of the worlds population, including many jews, and jewish organizations. If you continue to label this stance anti-semitic, you can not expect to be taken seriously.
